Overview:
The Legal Counsel will be responsible for supporting all commercial and administrative activities in the region, with a focus on reviewing customer requests, supplier agreements, and general commercial documents.
The successful candidate will be part of a global legal team, working alongside lawyers and professionals from around the world.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys in preparing, revising, and organizing legal documents, including contracts, reports, and case files.
- Conduct research and gather relevant information to support case preparation and strategy.
- Manage and maintain databases and document management systems.
