We invest heavily in our product development team, seeking a skilled Backend Developer to join us on this journey. This role involves collaborating with experienced engineers, contributing to feature planning, and helping to identify effective implementation options.

  • Setting a high standard for technical excellence
  • Participating in brainstorming sessions for future feature enhancements
  • Sprint planning, breaking down complex tasks into actionable steps
  • Code reviews, providing constructive feedback and guidance
  • Pair programming, supporting team members in their growth
  • Exploring new concepts through prototyping
Key Qualifications:
  • Prior experience as an engineer with backend expertise
  • Intermediate development background in PHP, NodeJS, Rails
  • Familiarity with Docker, Containerization, Security Design, Queuing, Automated testing, Data pipelines
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with developers at all levels
  • A proven track record of delivering products iteratively
  • Commitment to quality, technical excellence, and results-driven approach
