Product Manager, Payments

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering solutions within an agile software development lifecycle process and coordinating project launches with global change management teams. You will manage and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to create aligned backlogs against future-state solutions. Continuously challenge the status quo and influence product/platform strategic priorities.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Create business cases for multiple product capabilities and features.
  • Define and track KPIs and OKRs that can be used in executive reporting.
  • Conduct comparative/benchmark analysis against competitors and conduct technology research to propose modernization and innovation.
  • Sets strategic objectives, prioritization principles, and philosophy; leads development of 12-month product roadmap and release plan.

Role Requirements:

  • 5+ years of product management experience in financial services, preferably payments.
  • Undergraduate or graduate degree in business or engineering.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Proven problem-solving skills, robust technological background, and understanding of business processes.
  • English proficiency is a must.
