OysterLink is seeking a seasoned Digital Marketing Expert to lead our marketing efforts. As a forward-thinking professional with a creative approach and excellent English communication skills, you will be responsible for analyzing analytics, leveraging expertise in multiple digital channels, and crafting compelling copy for campaigns.

The primary objective of this role is to develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for creating 100 job postings monthly within two months, 500 job postings monthly within six months, and 1000 job postings monthly within twelve months. Additionally, the majority of jobs should attract their first applicant within one business day.

  • Proficient in English language communication and writing
  • Strong copywriting skills
  • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing with expertise in at least three online marketing channels
  • Able to utilize AI effectively to streamline and enhance marketing results
  • Proven leadership abilities with a track record of growing marketing teams
  • Ideation-driven with a proven ability to create strategies that meet goals
