Experience Designer Role

We are seeking an Experience Designer to shape innovative, human-centered solutions that address complex challenges. This individual will work closely with customers, cross-functional partners, and fellow designers to turn insights into experiences that are purposeful and impactful.

This role combines hands-on design craft with strategic thinking, making it a vital contributor in bringing big ideas to life. The Experience Designer will be responsible for visualizing experience concepts through wireframes, design mockups, journey maps, process flows, and prototypes. They will also analyze user needs and gather requirements across multiple product experiences to understand dependencies for a common experience solution.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. A strong portfolio showcasing foundational understanding of UX and UI design, thought process, and how they've contributed to solving specific problems with functional designs is essential. Experience working with cross-functional teams and partnering with product and development to oversee the user experience from conception to launch is also crucial.

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • 7+ years of experience in UX and product design
  • Clear communication skills and ability to present their work to internal stakeholders at different design stages
  • Ability to think long-and short-term to meet the constraints of product and experience needs while iterating toward a future vision
  • Desirable: experience designing with and for AI
