Job Title: Treasury and Administrative Analyst

KEO World is a leading fintech company specializing in lending solutions, committed to providing accessible and innovative financial services to businesses. We are seeking a highly skilled Treasury and Administrative Analyst to join our growing team in Brazil.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Treasury Functions:
    • Manage daily cash flow, ensuring optimal liquidity and effective use of company funds.
    • Process payments, monitor bank transactions, and ensure timely reconciliation of accounts.
    • Prepare cash flow forecasts, analyzing variances and proposing adjustments as needed.
    • Maintain relationships with banking partners, ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
    • Support the preparation of treasury reports and dashboards for senior management.
  • Financial Analysis:
    • Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts in collaboration with the finance team.
    • Conduct variance analysis between actual and forecasted financials, providing actionable insights.
    • Support cost control initiatives and assist with the development of financial strategies.
    • Assist in the preparation of financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Administrative Functions:
    • Handle various administrative tasks such as managing invoices, contracts, and vendor relationships.
    • Ensure that company records, contracts, and financial documents are properly organized and maintained.
    • Coordinate office operations, liaising with suppliers and service providers as necessary.
    • Assist in preparing presentations, documentation, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in treasury management, financial analysis, or administrative roles.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with treasury management software and financial tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (advanced functions such as pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.).
  • Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Brazilian financial regulations, tax codes, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Native Portuguese and working proficiency in English.
