We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, research, analysis, and report preparation, as well as the ability to evaluate customer and competitor marketplaces through primary and secondary research activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the execution of projects associated with the business intelligence strategy.
- Acquire an in-depth knowledge and ability to utilize secondary market information sources.
- Design and implement methods of customer and competitor intelligence gathering.
- Identify patterns, trends, inconsistencies, etc. of internal and external market data.
- Develop and maintain relations with external service providers to maximize the cost-effectiveness of business intelligence activities.
The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent with 5 years' experience or Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or related area.
- Solid financial and analytical skills.
- Ability to gather, interpret, and report complex market data.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
