About the Role

The Delivery Centre is based in Brazil and plays a crucial role in adding value to client solutions while helping achieve key strategic business goals.


As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting global talent banking practices by sourcing qualified multi-sector candidates that match client job requirements.


The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as part of a team.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining a 'live' network of candidates to react to new requirements.
  • Delivering excellent internal service to Sales, Recruitment, and Management functions within the main hub and global hubs.
  • Monitoring job openings/responses on various web search engines and the company website.


Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of recruitment experience.
  • Bachelor's degree (completed or about to be).
  • Experience working in a recruitment agency is a plus.
  • Dynamic personality with the ability to work with defined processes.
  • Ambitious goals with the ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
