BairesDev is a leading software development company in Latin America, recognized for its innovative approach to business and technology. As a Process and Quality Improvement Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving digital transformation within our organization.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Professional to join our Development Team as a Process and Quality Improvement Senior Analyst. This is a full-time position that requires your ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions. You will be responsible for providing technical and analytical support for process improvement initiatives, developing process analysis and re-engineering to improve efficiency and product quality, and coordinating with experts to develop process improvement reports.

What You Will Do:

  • Analyze current process standards and metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement process re-engineering strategies to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements
  • Conduct process audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain documentation on process improvements and process performance

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in process improvement and quality assurance. Your experience should include:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in similar positions
  • Understanding of QA process for software development, debugging, and release
  • Ability to objectively review and qualify objective data
  • Proven experience in improving processes and project auditing
  • Experience with CMM, CMMI, PMO, or SEPG, or other quality assurance frameworks
  • Advanced English level
