Job Title: Senior Marketing Strategy Manager

This is a senior leadership role in the marketing strategy department, focusing on crafting and executing Agoda's global marketing strategies.

  • Develop and execute global marketing strategies to align with Agoda's business goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive key initiatives and improvements across all channels.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and local market intelligence to inform business decisions and develop data-driven insights.
  • Design and launch strategic initiatives and campaigns that balance short-term objectives with long-term strategic goals.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of business initiatives, providing actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of analysts and managers, participating in hiring and onboarding new team members.
What You Need To Succeed:
  • Strong analytical skills and a passion for working with data to drive business decisions.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience in pricing, revenue management, or a related analytical field.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams and cultures.
  • People management experience, including hiring, coaching, and developing team members.
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and a get-things-done attitude.
