Senior Software Engineering Leadership Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead and develop a team of skilled engineers working remotely in global locations.

You will be responsible for hiring, coaching, mentoring, providing feedback, and hands-on career development for your team members. You will also contribute code directly to demonstrate sound engineering principles and plan progress on agreed goals and projects.

In addition, you will set and manage expectations with other engineering and operations teams, coordinate with management and internal and external stakeholders or customers, and advocate for modern software development practices.

The ideal candidate will have experience leading software development teams and be knowledgeable about agile methodologies, cloud computing concepts, and Linux server administration.

  • You must be comfortable administrating Linux servers, including their storage and networking.
  • You should have hands-on experience with software automation and be organized, ensuring high-quality software delivery in a timely manner.
  • A lifelong learner, you will strive for continuous improvement and innovation in software development.
