Apparel Product Innovation Manager

As a seasoned professional, you will oversee and lead all aspects of apparel product innovation for both manufactured and sourced products. This role involves leading product managers, design teams, sewing engineers, and facilitating communication with various departments throughout the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish management systems, operational strategies, and team structures to achieve customer quality and cost expectations.
  • Drive speed to market, enhance flexibility, capabilities, and foster a process improvement and innovation culture.
  • Develop and establish a culture that strives for excellence, a sense of belonging, and fosters innovation in product development and innovation.

This position requires industrial engineering or related degrees (preferably) and at least 5 years of experience in leadership roles in manufacturing, quality, engineering, or product development positions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations, supply chain, and product development.
