Job Title: Senior Concept Artist

Role Overview

We are looking for a talented and skilled Senior Concept Artist to join our team. As a key member of the art department, you will be responsible for creating high-quality concepts and assets that bring our games to life.

  • Develop and create concept art, characters, environments, and other visual elements that meet the artistic direction and objectives of the project.
  • Collaborate with the art team to ensure consistency across all assets produced.
  • Provide reference material for 3D artists and animators to enhance their work.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure visual consistency between published materials and the game.
  • Participate in team discussions to generate new ideas and concepts.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A superior's degree in Graphic Design, Game Design, Animation or related field.
  • Solid experience in creating assets for games or a similar field.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of fundamental art principles (color, composition, value/lighting, form).
  • Ability to provide and accept constructive criticism.
  • Knowledge of 3D software is a plus.
