We are seeking a skilled Workday Report Developer to join our team at Tata Consultancy Services. As a key member of our Integration team, you will collaborate with our Lead and other team members to deliver high-quality Workday reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and deliver Workday reports, including Advanced Reports, Composite Reports, Matrix Reports, and BIRT Reports.
- Develop Workday reports from scratch, ensuring a full life cycle of development from design to testing.
- Have in-depth knowledge of at least 2-3 Workday Finance functional areas/modules.
- Understand Workday security principles and ensure secure report development.
- Communicate effectively through written and oral means, and work collaboratively as a strong team player.
Requirements:
- Experience in developing Workday reports, with a focus on Finance modules.
- Strong understanding of Workday security and data privacy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
