Strategic HR Partner
">At our organization, we are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support our local HR team. As a key partner to managers and employees, you will provide strategic guidance on performance management, talent acquisition, employer branding, compensation, global initiatives implementation, communication, succession, and retention plan and change management.
">">Key Responsibilities:">- Act as advisor and sparring partner to local/ regional managers, supporting them in day-to-day management of HR topics.
- Establish a strong network with HR Business Partners.
- Drive HR initiatives and programs to increase people managers' satisfaction and help managers make positive business impact.
- Deliver the 'annual people cycle' and global strategies.
- Work towards increasing employee satisfaction, motivation, engagement, and retention.
- Enhance existing HR processes and align global processes with the region.
- Take ownership of recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employment processing, compensation, training and development, records management, succession planning, employee relations, and ensure timely delivery.
- Ensure compliance with labor law.">
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources (or equivalent).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in similar roles preferably in an industrial environment.
- Experience working in a country/regional matrixed or complex environment.
- Ability to identify and resolve issues independently, taking initiative even under unfamiliar or ambiguous circumstances.
- Proactive, out-of-the-box thinker willing to challenge and question the status quo.
- Good understanding of organizational changes and experience in similar companies.
- Outstanding interpersonal, coaching, and communication skills.
- Advanced English Language.
- Intermediate Spanish Language.
- Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization, individually, in groups, and across cultures.">
