Job Title: Innovation Marketing Strategist

Role Overview

This is a key role based in Bangkok with relocation support available. As an Innovation Marketing Strategist, you will lead the development, execution, and optimization strategy for growing new marketing channels.

The successful candidate will spearhead analysis of complex data related to channel performance, user behavior, and market trends. You will partner closely with various business functions to identify opportunities and analyze trends or patterns in large datasets.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute innovative strategies for expanding Agoda's emerging marketing channels.
  • Analyze end-to-end data on channel performance, user engagement, and market dynamics.
  • Collaborate with different departments to identify growth opportunities and analyze complex data sets.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in data analysis or big data projects.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Effective problem-solving skills to tackle complex challenges in a non-linear manner.
