We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Order Entry and Warehouse Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for performing functions related to order entry, incoming receipts, material tracking, production, and inventory control in the warehouse department.

Key Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Utilize ERP or MRP systems for all receipts, transfers, and shipments.">
  • Convey, sort, and place materials to fulfill work orders, sales orders, and requests for materials, finished goods, and other items.">
  • Verify and maintain records of outgoing shipments.">
  • Assemble, mark, open, weigh, count, and verify various materials, products, and supplies. Palletize and shrink-wrap products. Operate forklifts to stack or tier items stored in the warehouse. Load and unload trucks as needed.">
  • Verify products against purchase orders and complete necessary paperwork and labels.">
  • Perform cycle counts throughout the fiscal month and at year-end.">
  • Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe warehouse environment.">

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.">

Preferred Skills and Abilities

  • Ability to work assigned shifts with overtime as needed.">
  • Ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods and move between offices and work sites.">
  • Must be able to see with or without corrective lenses and distinguish colors for safety and product identification.">
  • Sufficient hearing ability to react to alarms from up to 150 feet away.">
  • Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds for manufacturing roles or 30 pounds for administrative roles.">
