We are seeking a dedicated expert in conversational design to join our mission of empowering small and medium-sized businesses through AI-driven growth solutions.

About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for crafting and refining Voice AI prompts that deliver exceptional user experiences for SMBs. Your primary focus will be on fine-tuning how our AI sounds natural, persuasive, and human-like, ensuring seamless interactions with customers.

Your main tasks will include:

  • Prompts Engineering & Scripting: Develop and test Voice Prompts & Scripts that make our AI sound authentic, engaging, and effective in converting leads into sales.
  • Call Flow Design: Map and optimize call flows to handle objections, FAQs, and booking scenarios, resulting in improved conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
  • Performance Analysis & Optimization: Use data-driven insights to refine and enhance AI performance, ensuring it aligns with real-world sales best practices and SMB-friendly language.
  • Collaboration with Sales & Product: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our AI solution reflects current market trends, industry expertise, and customer needs.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Demonstrate clear, concise, and persuasive writing and speaking abilities to engage diverse audiences.
  • Prompt Engineering Experience: Showcase your ability to fine-tune LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) and craft compelling conversational designs.
  • Strong Analytical Mindset: Leverage data analysis to drive iterative improvements in script and flow optimization.
  • Fast Learning Ability: Rapidly absorb new concepts, tools, and technologies to stay ahead of industry advancements.
  • Results-Driven Focus: Prioritize tangible outcomes, such as increased conversions and revenue growth, over vanity metrics or processes.
