Cloud Architect - FSI Strategist Job Summary

This role involves working closely with customers to design and implement tailored cloud solutions. You will be a key player in the pre-sales process, providing technical expertise and guidance throughout the customer's cloud journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing complex, scalable, and secure AWS solutions to deliver customer business outcomes (CBOs)
  • Providing technical guidance and best practices during pre-sales and implementation phases
  • Collaborating with Account Managers and Shared Delivery Teams to ensure proposed solutions are realistic and achievable
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to customers on industry trends and emerging technologies
  • Sharing knowledge within the organization through mentoring, training, and creating reusable artifacts

About This Role

As an experienced technology professional, you will have the opportunity to work with diverse teams and clients to drive cloud adoption and digital transformation. Your success will be linked to impacting the signing of Statements of Work (SOWs) and the successful implementation of solutions that achieve Customer Business Outcomes (CBOs) while exceeding customer satisfaction expectations.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in cloud architecture and designing cloud solutions
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Advanced understanding of cloud technologies and digital transformation
  • Able to communicate effectively in English and Portuguese within technical and business settings
