**Job Title:** Global Product Strategy and Innovation Manager**Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Global Product Strategy and Innovation Manager to develop and drive product strategy, focusing on long-term vision and future growth. As a key member of our team, you will prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.

You will collaborate with pillar owners to understand and integrate their requests into the product roadmap, working closely with the product team to translate strategic goals into actionable plans. Conducting regular analysis and performance tracking is essential to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with strategic objectives.

The successful candidate will partner with the Data Product Manager to enhance and refine algorithms and define and calculate KPIs. They will engage with country teams to gather insights and understand their specific needs and requirements, implementing algorithm improvements based on data analysis and feedback from various stakeholders.

Additionally, the Global Product Strategy and Innovation Manager will oversee the creation and maintenance of dashboards for data visualization and performance tracking, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. Providing actionable insights to support decision-making processes is crucial for success in this role.
