Accounting Analyst Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced accounting analyst to join our team. This role will involve various financial tasks, including payroll and employee benefits, headcount reporting, inventory management, and other responsibilities.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Process payroll and related employee benefits
  • Conduct headcount reporting
  • Manage inventory and non-inventory invoices
  • Run payments, journal entries, and reconciliations
  • Cash application and ensure accurate receipt processing
  • Prepare month-end reconciliations
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Intermediate English language skills
  • SAP skills a plus but not required
