Material Supplies Planner

This role is responsible for coordinating and expediting the flow of materials, managing master planning, material processes and systems, preparing and updating production schedules and purchasing needs. Ensure operational alignment with production plan and KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date production schedules and purchasing plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth material flow and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Analyze data to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed.
- Manage inventory levels and optimize storage space to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including sales, engineering, and maintenance teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as logistics or supply chain management.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
