Surfactants Portfolio Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Surfactants Portfolio Coordinator.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about shaping the future of our Surfactants business and contributing to procurement initiatives that drive sustainability, innovation, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities- We require a skilled individual to deliver procurement key performance indicators such as value improvement programs, innovation delivery, payment terms extension, cost target, gross margin improvement, traceability & sustainability, in line with sourcing strategies and compliance management.
- The successful candidate will lead execution of transformative, resilience and innovation projects in LATAM & North America: Develop contingency plans and alternative materials and/or suppliers to secure key materials, collaborate with R&D, market teams and suppliers.
- Complexity reduction projects in LATAM & North America; continuously improve ways of working.
- Procurement basics include CLM / SAP contracts creation & updates, SQA/RS, specifications, vendor master data, cash reporting, invoices resolution (P2P).
- The role also supports Unilever's NDPE continuity.
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills, are mandatory.
- Solid experience in Procurement, preferably in raw materials / chemicals, is essential.
- Excellent Excel skills are necessary.
