Key Responsibilities- Data Analysis: Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that inform business decisions.
- Business Insights: Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, marketing, and product development, to gather feedback and improve data pipelines.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Team Development: Mentor and train junior analysts to develop their skills and knowledge.
