Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Staff Accountant to join our team. As a Staff Accountant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the financial health and stability of our organization. Your expertise will be instrumental in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing tax returns, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform bookkeeping and accounting tasks, including reconciliations and financial statement preparation
  • Prepare and review tax returns, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with our Implementation team to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
  • Assist the Chief Visionary with special projects and tasks, as needed
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of accounting experience, with a strong background in financial analysis and reporting
  • Associate's degree in accounting or a related field, with a strong emphasis on experience and skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong relational skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
