Strategic Account Development Specialist

Key Responsibilities: The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in medical sales or equivalent experience, with a minimum of two years in a similar role. They will be responsible for collaborating with Senior Management to improve efficiency, product knowledge, and selling skills to meet personal and Company goals.
Specifically, the successful candidate will:
- Formulate business plans to achieve and exceed forecasted annual sales revenue goals.
- Actively prospect referrals from present and prospective customers.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with all personnel in the Company.
- Maintain current files and other records in accordance with Company instructions and requirements.
Requirements: To succeed in this role, the candidate must possess exceptional professionalism, responsiveness, and communication skills, with the ability to multi-task and frequently change direction. A valid driver's license, automobile insurance coverage, and access to a reliable automobile are also required.
Benefits: In addition to a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical and recreational marijuana screening as part of our background process.
