Role Overview

We are in search of a proficient Labeling Portfolio & Process Specialist. The ideal candidate will possess over 5 years of experience in labeling processes, with a strong background in regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and project management. In this role, you will oversee a diverse portfolio of labeling initiatives for key brands, ensuring meticulous planning, guidance, and execution of all essential data inputs. Your success will depend on your ability to collaborate effectively, influence key decisions, and engage with stakeholders across various levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement labeling processes for products, ensuring adherence to regulations and company standards.
  • Manage a portfolio of brands and projects related to labeling processes.
  • Oversee labeling projects from initiation to completion.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to prioritize projects effectively.
  • Collaborate with regulatory affairs, quality assurance, and marketing teams.
  • Maintain labeling databases and systems.
  • Assess and enhance labeling processes.
  • Provide guidance and training on labeling best practices.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.
  • Maintain project timelines and budgets.
  • Report progress to management and stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate risks in labeling processes.

Qualifications

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in labeling processes.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements.
  • Strong project management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and labeling software.
