Job Title: Logistics Expansion Manager

Key to the success of our organization is a highly skilled and motivated team member who can drive growth and expansion in our logistics network.

We are seeking a talented professional with expertise in transportation and supply chain management, Microsoft Excel, and SQL. The ideal candidate will have advanced English language skills and fluency in Portuguese.

  • Shape the development of the PUDOs (Pick-up and drop-off points) network with a focus on better serving our sellers.
  • Scout logistics partners for new projects.
  • Train logistics partners in our methods, processes, and systems.
  • Conduct operational visits and audits at our operational facilities.
  • Develop new mechanisms and metrics to simplify daily operations.

As a key member of our team, you will:

  • Proactively identify problems and opportunities and perform root cause analysis/diagnosis leading to significant business impact.
  • Collaborate with technology teams and product managers to develop new tools and systems that support business growth.
  • Work effectively with various organizations, including field operators, support teams, and technology product managers.
  • Work closely with the team to understand business challenges and provide data/analysis for better decision making.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to utilize your analytical skills to extract and synthesize data in order to make data-backed business decisions. Your proficient writing skills will also be valuable assets in this position.
