Private Banking Executive

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our private banking division. As a Private Bank Executive, you will be responsible for managing multiple teams of professionals to accomplish established goals and conduct personnel duties.
- Candidates with 10+ years of relevant experience in technology are highly desirable.
- Experience in management and dealing with global technology teams is essential.
- Fluency in English is required.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Technology and strong leadership, management, and development skills.
About the Role:
- Provide strategic influence and exercise control over resources and planning while monitoring end results.
- Collaborate with IT functional/departmental executives and business leaders to create the business plan for IT.
- Ensure essential procedures are followed and contribute to defining standards.
- Provide evaluative judgement based on analysis of facts in complicated, unique, and dynamic situations.
Requirements:
- Experience with financial products: Brazil local Investments, Capital Markets, and Mutual Funds.
- Working knowledge of the industry and competitors' products and services.
- Budget management and Risk & Control management skills.
- Demonstrated leadership, management, and development skills.
