Strategic HR Services Lead

The Strategic HR Services Lead will oversee specialized services for a regional area of responsibility, partnering with regional and country HR teams to facilitate service support and execution.

This role requires strong leadership and collaboration skills, as the successful candidate will partner with global leaders and leadership teams to develop and deliver HR solutions that proactively support business strategy, results, and employee engagement.

The key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Overseeing the effectiveness of HR service delivery processes and procedures in the region
  • Maintaining common standards and operating procedures for HR services across the region to ensure consistent delivery and adherence to SLAs and KPIs
  • Adhering to compliance with company policies, SOPs, and global procedures across service
  • Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on service delivery metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement to drive operational excellence
  • Collaborating and supporting key specialty service areas, including executive services
  • Driving transformation and service process efficiency, with the ability to transform processes in different ways
  • Fostering a proactive approach to managing change, supporting the team in adapting to new processes, systems, and technologies in a fast-evolving environment
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to align HR services with business needs, promoting effective communication and collaboration to ensure the highest level of service delivery

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in a Human Resources function
  • Fluent English language skills
  • HR Service Partner experience, plus leading service teams through transformation
  • Proficient in service data insights, ServiceNow, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills, sensitive to data and detail orientated

Preferred Skills and Experience

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business/Human Resources or any related area
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficient in Spanish
