Senior Business Development Finance Leader

We are seeking an accomplished Financial Manager to spearhead business information development and provide strategic counsel to senior management on financial analysis, product costing, and return on investment activities.
This role involves analyzing and interpreting the financial condition of facilities and product lines, guiding annual business plans and monthly rolling business management. The successful candidate will also provide business analysis support by establishing target costs, cost monitoring, value chain analysis, and investment analysis.
To excel in this position, you should possess a strong background in financial accounting, reporting, and analysis, as well as budget development skills. Familiarity with business planning and visualization software such as Power BI is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing business information and providing counsel to senior management on financial analysis, product costing, and return on investment activities.
- Analyzing and interpreting the financial condition of facilities and product lines.
- Guiding annual business plans and monthly rolling business management.
- Providing business analysis support by establishing target costs, cost monitoring, value chain analysis, and investment analysis.
- Managing all aspects of accounting and financial reporting, including analysis of business statements to assist managers in managing costs operations areas.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in an Accounting or Finance-related discipline.
- Extensive experience with increasing responsibility in Accounting or Finance-related roles.
- Prior leadership experience.
- Proficiency in English language.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of business planning and visualization software such as Power BI.
- Credentialed expertise (CPA, CMA or local equivalent) and solid practical experience involving technical accounting and reporting issues.
- Advanced English language skills.
