Job Summary

At Insight Global, we are seeking a highly skilled Generative AI Model Developer to join our team. As a key member of our AI engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing Proof of Concepts (POCs) for our clients using Generative AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deploy Generative AI models using Large Language Models (LLMs) and other AI technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into our clients' systems.
  • Design and implement data platforms to support LLMs.
  • Develop and fine-tune LLMs using techniques such as LORA, QLORA, and RLHF.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in NLP and AI technologies.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience with LLMs and other AI technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with fine-tuning LLMs using various techniques.
  • Proficiency in leveraging advanced language processing techniques.
  • Strong working knowledge of AWS for deploying and scaling ML models.
