This is a unique opportunity to develop and implement talent management strategies that drive business growth and success. You will collaborate with our senior management and partners to understand their talent needs and design customized solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement talent management strategies across our portfolio companies
- Manage performance evaluation and IDP programs to identify and retain top talent
- Collaborate with senior management to understand talent needs and design customized solutions
- Create and analyze HR reports to identify areas for improvement
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields
- 5+ years of experience in talent management, preferably with exposure to C-Level
- Knowledge of HR management tools, metrics, and systems
We are looking for candidates with:
- Experience working with Power BI and/or other business analysis tools
- Fluent English
