Liderar equipe responsável por retenção, renovação e cobrança com foco em engajamento, performance e metas de receita. Acompanhar indicadores-chave como taxa de retenção, conversão, churn, inadimplência, renovação e impacto financeiro (ARR). Desenvolver e implementar estratégias proativas de retenção e renovação.
- Gestão de indicadores críticos: acompanhar e atuar diretamente sobre métricas como % de churn, % de inadimplência e % de retenção, definindo planos de ação para melhoria contínua.
- Apoio em casos complexos: assumir negociações sensíveis ou de alto valor, garantindo maior chance de retenção e fortalecendo a relação com clientes estratégicos.
- Atuar como exemplo em comunicação com clientes: realizar ligações estratégicas de retenção ou renegociação para apoiar fechamentos e servir de modelo de abordagem e relacionamento para a equipe.
Promover cultura comercial: usar técnicas de contorno de objeções, negociação e estratégias de renovação e vendas adicionais.
Criar e acompanhar dashboards e relatórios com análise de performance e insights para ação imediata.
Propor, planejar e implementar melhorias em fluxos operacionais e processos de retenção, renovação e cobrança.
Implementar melhorias e automações: liderar iniciativas que aumentem eficiência.
