Senior IT Recruiter Position

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior IT Recruiter to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top engineering talent from around the world.

Your primary focus will be on finding engineers who are eager to relocate to Sweden and take on exciting challenges in the field of IT. You will be responsible for informing candidates about the benefits of living and working in Sweden, building trust with suitable candidates, and coordinating relocation logistics with support from our global team.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of recruiters and executive management to source, attract, and hire the best candidates for our clients. Your expertise and skills will be instrumental in helping us achieve our recruitment goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Finding and recruiting top engineering talent from around the world.

Requirements
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in IT recruitment or similar technical experience.
  • A solid and well-proven network of local engineering talent within IT.
  • Extremely service-oriented with a flexible mindset to find the best solution for each challenge.
  • Upper-intermediate English language skills.
  • Analytical and well-organized with attention to detail.
