Job Title: Field Excellence Manager Brazil – Uberlândia/MG or Itumbiara/GOJob Description:
  • Lead a team of agronomists to enhance seed production practices in Brazil, focusing on yield, quality, and reliability.
  • Act as the agronomy seed production expert, providing guidance, leadership, and training to resolve issues and improve seed production results.
  • Identify, develop, and lead projects to boost yield and reliability of Corteva seed production in Brazil.
  • Visit production locations to identify improvement areas and coach field teams.
  • Collaborate with Digital Agronomy, Production Research, Seed Productivity, Operations, and Field Excellence Leads to implement best practices and maximize seed yield and quality.

This role requires a Bachelor's Degree in Agronomy and at least 5-10 years of experience in field production. The ideal candidate should have experience in corn seed production, coaching and communication skills, and facilitation skills for training and workshops.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
