Our company is seeking a Product Development Lead to spearhead the development of our core platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, technical expertise in API design and payments, and experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Job Description:
- Develop and execute product strategies that align with business goals
- Collaborate with engineering teams to scope, plan, and deliver new capabilities
- Define and prioritize product roadmaps to drive business growth
- Manage priorities for engineering teams to ensure timely delivery
- Own developer-facing documentation to improve time-to-integrate
- Partner with leadership, compliance, sales, and marketing teams on launches and customer communications
- Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 6-10 years of product management experience with a strong track record of delivering results with engineering teams
- Deep technical knowledge in payments and API design/management
- Ability to build trust and alignment across product, design, engineering, leadership, and enterprise customers
- Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset and ability to think critically and creatively
- Steady under pressure with excellent judgment and quality
- Highly collaborative and decisive with clear, data-driven decision-making
