You will implement the welcome and reception service as defined by the Delivery Directorate. Ensure a discreet and personalized service and provide customers with everything they need for a pleasant stay. Represent Club Med's Exclusive Collection to our clients and supervise the teams in charge of reception in the Exclusive Collection area.
