• Act as a trusted security advisor, providing expert guidance on securing OT/ICS environments
• Lead comprehensive risk assessments tailored to client needs
• Develop and implement security strategies that meet regulatory requirements and align with operational goals
• Manage projects from inception to completion, including leading teams and coordinating with stakeholders
• Explore new methods and tools to enhance security in OT/ICS environments, driving innovation and setting industry standards

• Strong background in OT/ICS security, with significant experience in manufacturing or process industries
• Proficiency in industry standards and frameworks such as IEC 62443, NIST 800-82, or NERC CIP
• Leadership skills, including ability to lead teams, manage projects, and navigate organizational challenges
• Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex security concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
