Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior KYC Analyst to join our team at SGS Société Générale de Surveillance SA. As a key member of our compliance team, you will be responsible for performing KYC procedures to initiate new customer relationships, conducting customer due diligence, and ensuring compliance with AML/KYC regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform KYC procedures to initiate new customer relationships, including customer identification, customer due diligence, and enhanced due diligence.
  • Conduct screening activities, such as PEP, negative news, sanctions, and socio-environmental checks.
  • Assess customer risk based on local and international KYC/AML/CFT standards and SG Group policies and procedures.
  • Produce reports with information on the steps taken for submission to analysis and approval.
  • Maintain solid technical knowledge of AML and OFAC regulations, SG Group policies and procedures, and internal controls.
  • Interface with other internal teams, such as offshore KYC, Compliance, Credit, and business areas.
Requirements
  • Fluent English level - strong communication skills (written and oral).
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
  • Solid experience (minimum of 3 years) in KYC due diligence for B2B clients, such as Fund Managers/Administrators, Assets, Funds, Banks, and Corporate.
  • Technical knowledge in identifying Ultimate Corporate Beneficiaries (UBO).
  • Differential: ACAMS certification.
