Offshore Production Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Offshore Production Operations Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to contribute to the safe and efficient operation of offshore facilities.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the daily operations of offshore production systems, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. This includes monitoring and maintaining process parameters, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing production volumes.

In addition to operational responsibilities, the Offshore Production Operations Specialist will also be required to supervise and coordinate maintenance activities, ensuring that all work is carried out safely and efficiently. The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Monitor and maintain process parameters (level, flow, temperature, pressure) within operating requirements
  2. Troubleshoot issues and optimize production volumes
  3. Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities
  4. Ensure accurate production reporting is submitted daily
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, applicants must have a minimum of 4 years' experience in hydrocarbon processing operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or coordination position. A strong background in troubleshooting and operations knowledge, including interpretation of P&IDs and C&E charts, is essential. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of offshore FPSO operations, including production, maintenance, engineering, and safety.
