We are seeking an experienced sales professional to work with customers and prospects across our Risk and Compliance, Factiva, and Newswires solution lines. This is a remote position that requires strong communication skills, a proven track record of success in selling solutions to corporate or financial customers, and the ability to work independently.
- Provide exceptional account management service by building strong relationships with customers, understanding their businesses, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Identify new business opportunities through sales of products and services that address customer needs.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through regular communication and build solid working relationships with each customer.
- Develop and execute plans to manage strategic account renewals and ensure successful rollouts and adoption of our solutions.
- Clearly express the value proposition and benefits of our products and solutions to specific sectors and markets.
- Manage sales forecast and pipeline to ensure clear reporting of forthcoming renewals, additional sales opportunities, and associated revenue and timescales.
- A minimum of 3 years sales experience with a proven track record of success in selling solutions to corporate or financial customers.
- The ability to work well in cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams, as well as being highly self-motivated and able to work independently when required.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) to articulate the value proposition to prospects and customers.
- Strong results orientation, commitment, and drive to achieve new business goals in a complex business environment.
- Strong level of business acumen and awareness to help build credibility with the customer, spot potential opportunities within a peer group or industry sector, and express the benefits of our products in an appropriate business context.
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to manage tasks in a fast-paced environment and track progress against activity goals.
