About the Role:

The Canteen Sanitation Specialist will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of safety, hygiene, and good housekeeping within the services and canteens of the Rehab Resource Centre in Monaghan. This includes adhering to all elements of Health, Safety, and Hygiene regulations and legislation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for staff and clients
  • Empty waste bins and transport waste to designated areas
  • Clean, stock, and supply the centre and canteen
  • Perform routine inspection and maintenance activities
  • Report any deficiencies or needs for repairs/maintenance

Requirements:

  • 1 year of relevant experience in a related role
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
  • Knowledge of health and safety
  • Ability to work with others
