Join Our Team as a Quality Assurance Senior

At Share People Hub, we're seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Senior to join our team. As a key member of our software quality assurance platform team, you'll play a crucial role in driving quality initiatives and strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in refinement meetings to understand requirements and raise blocks when necessary
  • Actively participate in Agile rituals and ensure process good practices and improvements
  • Identify problems, risks, and dependencies, escalating and managing when necessary
  • Promote and defend best practices within the team and across stakeholders
  • Partner with colleagues to build and maintain tooling for test development, automation, and release process improvements
  • Manage test repositories and monitor test results
  • Help build mechanisms to extract metrics supporting continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, engineering, computer science, or related areas
  • Professional experience in software testing using black box testing techniques
  • Experience with manual API testing and documentation
  • In-depth understanding of test concepts at all stages of the software development lifecycle
  • Comprehensive analytical skills
  • Experience with web test automation frameworks, like Playwright and/or Cypress
  • Experience with mobile test automation using Appium
  • Experience in test specification, preparation, execution, and reporting
  • Experience in defect analysis and reporting
  • Experience with backend test automation, preferably using Jest framework
  • Knowledge with performance/load testing using tools like K6 or Jmeter
  • Experience with Git
  • Experience with CI/CD tools and processes
  • Knowledge in monitoring tools, like Data dog or New Relic
  • Advanced English
