As a highly skilled Chief Product Officer, you will be responsible for driving the vision and roadmap of our casino platform. This role is ideal for an individual who excels in product development and has a passion for delivering high-quality user experiences.
Key responsibilities include owning the product vision, roadmap, and prioritization using frameworks such as RICE/ROI. You will manage execution across multiple teams, including Development, Marketing, and Design. Additionally, you will maintain and evolve the content calendar for games, features, and promotions.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a proven track record in scaling digital products from concept to launch. Experience in regulated markets, particularly in the U.S., is highly desirable. Strong analytical and decision-making skills are also essential, as well as fluency in Russian and confident English communication skills.
The ideal candidate will possess strategic thinking, high ownership, and accountability. They will also have strong cross-functional leadership skills, excellent communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
