Job Purpose:
A hydraulic system engineer will develop hydraulic systems for agricultural products in LATAM from initial design to product support in the field.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and analyzing hydraulic system circuits, components, and layouts.
- Creating specifications for supplier market tests and validation plans.
- Collaborating with suppliers and cross-functional teams to resolve quality and reliability issues.
- Defining and creating hydraulic circuits and schematics.
- Selecting and sizing components, planning projects, evaluating costs, and directing test planning and documentation release.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential for this role.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering.
- Relevant hydraulic design experience is preferred.
- Mobile equipment and agriculture industries experience is also preferred.
- Fluent in English and Portuguese.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
