Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional and technical workshops to understand customer requirements and the overall landscape.
  • Act as a liaison between the customer and various teams to realize customer requirements during project execution.
  • Manage the product backlog and work on sprint planning.
  • Work closely with architects and developers to design and build a solution according to customer requirements.
  • Lead the estimation process during the opportunity phase and successfully work with stakeholders.
  • Work within a global team and manage multiple teams concurrently.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Computer Science or related fields.
  • Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).
  • Outstanding customer interaction skills, ability to prioritize software requirements, identify reusability and provide acceptable work-arounds to customers.
  • Self-motivated, open-minded, resourceful, agile and pragmatic.
  • Ability to proactively resolve problems focusing on teamwork, results and people.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
