Job Title: Legal Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Analyst to join our team.

About the Role:

The Legal Analyst will be responsible for ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies.

  • Support business areas on Compliance matters;
  • Review and execution of Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures during client onboarding;
  • Contract negotiation and review;
  • Meetings with clients and stakeholders;
  • Liaison with other departments, suppliers, and partners;
  • Knowledge of national legislation and international regulations;
  • Research on regulatory requirements;
  • Implement and update policies to comply with Central Bank requirements;
  • Identify and assess compliance risks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A law degree and active OAB license;
  • Fluent English language skills;
  • Experience with regulatory matters in a Payment Institution or Financial Institution;
  • Strong communication and organizational skills;
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
