As a software development specialist in our IAM Customer Success Team, you will ensure efficient delivery of the IAM technology experience to customers and enable them to use it for business success.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Exhibit natural curiosity and analytical skills to explore complex technical problems.
- Take ownership of complex technical issues and drive them to resolution individually or through effective escalation.
- Have exceptional interpersonal skills, showing sensitivity to diverse cultures within WSO2's global customer base.
- Contribute innovative ideas to enhance product and overall technical designs.
- Collaborate with extended teams on product and customer-related activities.
- Deliver technical consultancy and training on WSO2 technologies and products for customers.
- Maintain flexible working hours to accommodate dynamic customer needs.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Proficiency in Java language.
- Experience in and knowledge of IAM is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with containerized deployments and CI/CD technologies is beneficial.
- Fluency in English and Portuguese.
