As a Senior Quality Test Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the quality strategy for our Process and Task Mining platforms.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement test strategies for new and existing features across Process and Task Mining solutions
  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites utilizing tools like Playwright and Cucumber
  • Collaborate with DevOps and architecture teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage of cloud-native components (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker, AWS)
  • Lead root cause analysis for complex issues and drive resolution in collaboration with engineering and support teams
  • Contribute to performance and load testing using tools like JMeter to guarantee scalability of analytics pipelines
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming
  • Share knowledge and mentor team members on testing frameworks, quality standards, and best practices
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software testing, with at least 1–2 years in a senior or lead role
  • Proven expertise in test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Playwright and Cucumber)
  • Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, GitHub, Maven, and Gradle
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and container orchestration (e.g., AWS, Kubernetes, Helm)
  • Exposure to big data technologies (e.g., Spark, NoSQL, Elasticsearch) is a plus
  • Experience testing analytics or data-intensive applications is highly desirable
